My list, my email subscribers quit being excited about my new books with me. So I had almost no launch juice. If each month you are pushing a "new book" just know your list will tire.
You'll need to pick 1 book every quarter to push hard on to launch and the others just kind of announce them but know you may not get the normal excited response from your email list you did about your first book.
Launching a book to your email list is an ask.
Asking them to be interested.
Asking them to buy it.
Asking them to read it.
Asking them to review it.
As much as it is us SERVING them it is even more so us ASKING of them if we aren't careful.
Thank you very much, Chris!
One point I'm wondering about is this:
"9. Frequent launches lead to email list burnout."
What do you mean by that one?
Klaus

Okay, now I see. That makes sense. Thanks :)
